This important announcement and reminder is related to E Jamaat Registration.

Please note :  

A)  E Jamaat Registration is MANDATORY and COMPULSORY for each individual mumineen including an infant. If you have a newborn in the family make sure the baby is registered.

B)  All Bilade Imamiyah records and database with Alvazaratus Saifiya will identify mumineen by E Jamaat ID Numbers.

C)  Jamaat Safai Chitthi will not be issued unless the individual is registered with E Jamaat with an E Jamaat card .

D)  All passes for attendance in various Miqaats with Aqa Moula (TUS) will be issued only to mumineen with E Jamaat Cards.

E)  Sila Fitra payments will be received and recorded with Mumineen Name and E Jamaat ID Number.

F)  At local level all registration data must include E Jamaat ID #. For example if you are re-registering your child with Madrasa in August 2007 you will be required to give your child’s E Jamaat registration number.

Please follow the following procedure to apply for an e Jamaat card:

1. Collect the registration forms from the Jamaat office or download it:  

2. Fill out the Family Member Form for every family member including children.

3. Take 2 photos in qomi libaas (topi/rida).

4. Submit your forms along with the 2 photos to the Jamaat office ASAP.

All completed  ID forms, will be forwarded to Al-Vazaratus Saifiyah, Mumbai, as part of the eJamaat programme. This programme is intended to help mumineen, as well as our own Toronto jamaat to assist mumineen in their affairs. eJamaat ID cards are required by mumineen in order to obtain waaz seating, accomodation, niyaaz, and other passes for programmes with Huzurala (TUS) abroad.

Please make this your first priority and attend to it at the earliest.
